Terms of Service

1. General Policy

• Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any commission request that makes me uncomfortable or violates my content restrictions (e.g., Heavy Scat, Mecha, or illegal content).
• Right to Cancel: I hold the right to cancel and refund an order at any time if I am unable to complete it due to personal circumstances or if the client displays rude or inappropriate behavior.

2. Process & Workflow

• Work in Progress (WIPs): During the creation process, all preview images sent to you will be downsized and contain watermarks.
• Final Delivery: You will receive the full-resolution, un-watermarked files only after final approval and payment completion.
• Deadlines: Delivery times are estimates. While I strive to meet all deadlines, complex pieces may require additional time. I will keep you updated if any delays occur.

3. Revisions

• Sketch Phase Only: All major revisions (pose, outfit, hairstyle, composition changes) must be requested during the Sketch Phase.
• No Exceptions: Once the sketch is approved and coloring/line art begins, no major changes will be made.
• Minor Tweaks: Small color adjustments are allowed at the final stage, but structural changes will incur an additional fee or may be refused.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

I distinguish between RPG Maker Assets and General Illustrations. Please check which category your order falls under:

• Client Rights: Due to the nature of game development, you (the Client) hold the full rights to the assets upon completion of the order. You may use them for your game projects (commercial or free) without extra fees.
• Credit: Credit in your game’s credits (e.g., “Character Art by Synergy Of Love”) is strictly required.

• Personal Use: Unless otherwise discussed, commissions are for Personal Use Only (wallpapers, profile pictures, personal collection). You may not resell, redistribute, or use them for merchandise.
• Commercial Use Fee: If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, monetized streams, album covers, branding), a Commercial Use Fee of $140 applies.

5. Artist’s Promotion Rights

• Portfolio Use: I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for my personal portfolio, social media, and pricing examples to promote my services.
• Privacy: If you need the commission to remain private (e.g., for a secret project or NDA), you must inform me before the order starts.

6. Refunds

• Before Work Starts: A full refund is available.
• During Sketch Phase: A partial refund is available depending on the amount of work completed.
• After Sketch Approval: No refunds will be issued once the final rendering process has begun.
